I have Registered, but did not receive my registration email confirmation.

If you failed to receive our registration email confirmation there are two possible reasons:

  1. You entered an incorrect email address into the registration form.
  2. Your email client has rejected our email. Please ensure that domain has been added to your whitelist.
  3. Your email provider has blocked our site - this typically occurs with HOTMAIL and AOL, despite all site and email compliance rules which we follow to prevent this happening. We advise using a different email address (not Hotmail or AOL), to register and to include on your listing.
  4. Your email client has diverted our email into your spam / junk folder. Please check this and if the email is present, ensure that it is marked 'not junk' and the domain added to your email whitelist.
